Show Sl.VDAY SCHOOL. INSTITUTE. J There will be a Sunday School In-j; stitute held in this city, in Faust's i lln i, next Saturday and Sunday, June aid and 4th, under the direction of Kev. 3. II. Vincent, 1). D., of Xew h l'ork, the head of the department of Sabbath School training in the M. E, j church. Dr. Vincent will be assisted by l'hilip Philips, the unsurpassed singer of saered song and D. L. ! Moody, Esq., of Chicago. The object; of the Institute will be to increase the j efficiency of all Sunday school workers, and to promote a greater interest in the Sabbath Schoel cause. The Institute will not be sectarian in its teachings; I hence all superintendents of Sabbath 1 Schools, teachers, scholars and other' friends of Sabbath Schools, in the ; city without respect to name or nomi-; nation are cordially invited to attend and share in the proceedings. Xo expenses. ex-penses. Sessions at II a. m. and 2 p. in. on Saturday, and at the usual , time of morning and evening service ! on the Sabbath. 1 Ou Saturday evening, at S o'clock, 1 there wiil be a concert of sacred song by l'hilip Philips who has found no ! rival in his department in England and .
