CANADIAN COOPERATION Alger and Candia Minister Get Together To-gether On Yukon IVEatters Washington Dec 27 Secretary Alger has received word that Hon Clifford Sifton minister pf the interior in-terior and J McKenna of the same department by invitation of Secretary Alger will arrive here tonight to confer con-fer with the secretary relative to the Klondike relief measures One object of the conference is to adjust some custonis subjects that are involved in the expedition such for instance as the remission of duties on the food supplies that are to be sent in Another object is to secure the cooperation of the Canadian mounted police which it is not doubted will be cheerfully extended and will be of great value through their familiarity with the country through which the expeditions must pass A cablergam was received today by the secretary from Mr Kjalmann the government reindeer herder who is now in Alten Norway stating that he is busy collecting reindeer needed for Klondlke the transportation of J supplies to the I
