I EEO OF TRANSFER j FROM THE PIONEER TO THE I UNION ELECTRIC CO A It Was Filed For BeecH Yesterday Consideration l and S220O000 of the Capital Stock I I The Pioneer Electric Power company yesterday filed for record with County Recorder Jensen a long form deed conveying con-veying title to its franchises pole lines power plant water rights and all property prop-erty of any and every kind to the Union Light and Power company The transfer is authorized by a resolution I of the board of directors of the Pioneer company dated July 28 1S97 and subsequently sub-sequently ratified by the stockholders The consideration is stated to be one dollar and the Issuance to the Pioneer company of 2200000 of the capital stock of the Union company including 300000 of preferred stock The conveyance con-veyance is subject to the lien of 1500 000 mortgage bonds Issued by the Pioneer Pio-neer company The transaction formally completes the actual consolidation of the Pioneer and Big Cottonwood power companies and the Citizens and Salt Lake Ogden Og-den Light companies although it Is likely that an amendment to the document docu-ment will have to be filed to cure a defect de-fect in Its execution While the property prop-erty conveyed Is located in Weber Davis Da-vis and Salt Lake counties the descriptions descrip-tions are not stated with sufficient dod nlteness with reference to what portions por-tions are located in each respective county
