the noise of some one tryIng I try-Ing to open the screen door on the front i porch Stepping into the drawing room he discovered a man in the act of unfastening unfast-ening the screen door the inner door having hav-ing been left open He struck a match and went out to investigate when the culprits disappeared Thinking they might I return Mr Webster stationed himself in the parlor and sure enough
