TH MORGAN Annual Meeting of the Company Held Last Evening The annual meeting of the Morgan Silver Mining company was held last evening at Walker Bros bank to elect directors and pass upon a proposed amendment to Article 15 of the articles of incorporation making the stock as sessible B G Raybould was chairman and L H Farnsworth secretary The number of shares represented was 254866 The proposed amendment was defeated de-feated and the following gentlemen were elected directors J R Walker Jr R C Chambers J J Daly M H Walker I F Walker J H Moyle and Phillip Morgan The directors will meet later to elect officers
