Lake lz Hot Springs company was asked by a HERALD reporter for a statement state-ment of the trouble and ho said On April 13 I mailed a copy of an agreement to Superintendent Superin-tendent Welby of the Rio Graudo Western The agreement was a duplicate of ono made with the Union Pacific in regard to side tracks at a point mile and a half north of the Warm Springs The two roads are joint owners of the sidetracks at that place I waited for a response re-sponse from Superintendent Welby In respect to the letter and agreement but none came I supposed from his silence on the subject that the Rio
