Show FELT VS FELT The Plaintiff Awarded an Absolute Decree of Divorce The divorce suit of Joseph P Felt vs vs Elizabeth E Felt came up before Judge Bartch yesterday afternoon Unitetl States District Attorney Judd appeared for the plaintiff and the defendant defaulted de-faulted The parties were married in Hudson county N J on June 22 1882 For three years subsequent all went well wher it was alleged that Mrs Felt commenced to abuse and ilitreat her husband and kept It up until he was obliged to withdraw from her presence and from her bed and board Affidavits were introduced to show that the husband was a model man in every way and that the wife was a perfect virago and that on April 9 1892 she finally deserted the plaintiff His honor granted the aecree as prayed for TEAGEB VS WOODRUFF i The hearing of the case of Hiram Yeager vs Emma S Woodruff et al proved a long and very tedious affair which was not concluded when the court rose The arguments were made on a motion to show cause for an injunction The case involves a dispute over an irrigation irri-gation ditch in Parleys canyon the material facts of which have already been published in THE HERALD The case will be continued this morning |
