KEXDALL VS MALHSTER The exFood Inspector Wants His Successor Ousted A S Kendall exinspector of provisions provis-ions of this city has entered suit in the Third district court against James G McAllister his successor charging him with usurpation of his office The suit is brought in the name of the people of the territory of Utah by Walter Murphy county attorney on the complaint of Alma S Kendall vs James G McAllister The complaint i sets forth that Kendall was appointed I to the office of inspector of provisions on November 18 1892 and was commissioned com-missioned for a period of two years I that the mayor on November 24 1S5 removed him I without cau < e that Ihe action of the mayor was confirmed by the city council and that McAllister was illegally appointed wherefore plaintiff pays that the latter be ousted
