THE TEACHERS INSTITUTE The regular monthly meeting of the County Teachers association convened at 11 oclock Saturday morning in the University versity building President William M Stewart in the chair The minutes of January 17th were read and approved The teachers library has been removed to the University building where taachers will be able to procure books as usual at any time Superintendent Stewart stated that all teachers were entitled to a holiday on Monday Mon-day February 23 On motion a committee will draft a new constitution and bylaws wnich are to be presented at the next meeting Tne following programme was carried outP P P Christenson treated tho subject of Whispering and Oscar Van Cott that of Moral Phase of Government A spirited discussion followed and many methods were proposed by which a good government can be secured On motkn the institute adjourned to meet March 14th 1891 OSCAU VAX Co IT Secretary
