The Idaho Legislature BOISE CiTr Idaho Feb 14Special telegram to THE HERALD The senate spent most of the day considering the house bill No 19 providing for the construction of a wagon road from Banner in Boise county to Wallace in Shoshone county The committee of the whole reported the bill back and recommended its passage The senate passed two houSe bills one appropriating money to pay the clerks and the expenses of the state officers and the other to pay for labor and supplies at the Insane asylum at Blackfoot The house spent the afternoon discussing bills requiring railroads to fence their tracks and creating a bureau on gathering labor and immigration statistics There is considerable anxiety among the members as to whether this is a regular session of six days or an unlimited special session under the constitution If should be decided that it is the former many very important bills will not be reached C3
