For the Relief of General KImball WASHINGTON D C Feb 13Special telegram to THE HERALD Delegate Caine by unanimous consent this morning secured the passage of the bill for the relief re-lief of General Nathan Kimball postmaster post-master at Ogden It will be remembered that in January 1890 while General Kimball Kim-ball was ill the safe in the Ogden post office was robbed of its contents Investigation Investi-gation by postal inspectors and by the grand jury at Ogden relieved General Kimball Kim-ball of any connection with the matter The postmastergeneral however insisted that General Kimball must become financially finan-cially responsible for the loss and the bill which Mr Caine cleverly passed today authorizes the department to credit General Gen-eral Kimb alls account with the full amount of the missing fund 182923
