delight de-light of all practical men who have had the pleasure of observing it We paid a visit there the other day and were surprised to see the metropolitan metro-politan character of the surroundings surround-ings as everything is fully up to the standard of the great St Louis and Milwaukee breweries It is needless to describe with great accuracy ac-curacy the varied and interesting points in the several departments and it is especially so in consideration of the fact that the courteous proprietors extend ex-tend a cordial invitation to the public to visit the brewery and inspect it for r brel rYai l J themselves An air of neatness and absolute cleanliness pervades the whole building and the assurance of fine re suits everywhere apparent The malt i rooms and cellars are most
