Show Val Verda Seventh Ward Relief ' Society members were treated treat-ed to a book review this week by Darlene Parkin on "I have Two Hands and I'm Busy Wringing Them". Alan Newbould and Jeff Campbell will be leaving soon for Reno to participate in the High School Jazz Festival representing Woods Cross High. David Powell was Snow King at the Girls Preference Winter Formal at Viewmont; and Todd Allen reigned as King of the Girls Preference Sweetheart Ball at Woods Cross High. Gregg Campbell and Annette An-nette Bay were chosen by the teachers at South Davis Jr. High as second term honor students. Jeff and Gregg Campbell both received superior ratings rat-ings at the Solo Music Fes- tival held at Viewmont High. Not all has been fun and : games in the area. Because of a very unique system between the Hansens and Kellers in Chelsea Cove to let each other -know whether or not they are-home, are-home, a robbery was stopped. Pam Keller knew the Hansens were not home, but that someone was moving out , their furniture. She called the -police who were successful in i capturing the culprits. Gary j and Judy Hansen were much 2 impressed with the concern of : all the neighbors. Perhaps others could work out a sys- i tern with a close neighber to watch over each others' property. 3475 South Lexington is home now to Kaye and Mar-jorie Mar-jorie Anglesey and their two ; teenage children Don and Jill.
