' ; , . t I CHOICE OF DOGS There are good reasons for printing these two dogs, instead in-stead of one, in this week's paper. The Red Irish Setter pictured with Joe Nix of the Davis County Animal Control Con-trol Center is a purebred 18-month-old female named "Tammy." She's a valuable dog with American Kennel Club papers. Tammy is especially good with children, has had her distemper shots, but needs rabies shots. The other dog is named "Pepper" and she has a heartwarming heart-warming human interest story. "Pepper" was found on Church Street in Layton with the following note at-" at-" tached to her collar: "My name is Pepper. I'm 14 months old and a mixture of collie and golden labrador. I'm very loveable, and I'm a good watch dog and sheep dog. I will work hard for you and love you. All I need is room and board. Will you take me?" Both dogs need a good home immediately.
