RANDY RICHARDSON and Jasan Olbert plan wedding to be held at Our Savior Lutheran Church, June 21. Olbert-Richardson to be wed June 21 Jasan Olbert, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. G.K. Olbert of Vernal and Randy Richardson, son of Mrs. Jack Nielson and Bob Richardson of Vernal, announce an-nounce wedding plans for June 21. The wedding will be held at Our Saviour Lutheran Church with a reception following the ceremony. Jasan graduates this month from Uintah High School and Randy is currently employed at Pease Brothers Construction.
