Show JUDGES OF ELECTION. The Commissioners have appointed judges of election for all the precincts in 18 of the 22 counties in the Territory to act at the November election. "Mormons" and Gentiles have been appointed, though there is a preponderance of the latter in proportion to the number of non-"Mormon" voters among the inhabitants. In some precincts none but "Mormons" have been appointed, for the simple reason that no non-"Mormons" could be found.
