Florence Sowers, Calif., Mr. and Mrs. Lawrence Weeks, Altamont, Mr. and Mn. Fred Weeks, Alvin Weeks and Mn. Howard Gardner, Vernal Bishop and Mrs. Jim Reidhead and family motored to Boiae, Idaho over the weekend on business. They also visited relatives in Weiser, Idaho. e Dr. and Mrs. Randy Labrum and brother Clark Labrum went to Salt Lake City Saturday to attend a chiropractic convention. Mr. and Mrs. Morris Duncan are the proud parents of a baby boy born April 27 e, in the Duchesne County Hospital. Grandparents are Mr. and Mrs. Clair Duncan and Mr. and Mrs. James Riddle, e Guests of Mr. and Mrs. Marion Bowman three days last week were his brother Dr. Melvin Bowman and daughters Bonnie and Betty from Los Alamos, New Mexico. e Mr. and Mrs. Floyd Labrum motored, to Salt Lake City Saturday where they j attended the wedding and reception- for a nephew, Brad Olsen. Mr. and Mrs. Marion Ross went to Salt Lake City Monday to visit their daughter in law, Mrs. Loryn Ron who is confined to the LDS Hospital due to major surgery, they also visited the Wayne Ross family at Orem and Leon Ross family in Provo. Their granddaughter, Jeanie Brown returned home with - them. ' Mrs. Clara Timothy of Provo visited during the week with her daughter and - children Linda Iorg. Mr. and Mra. Marion Bowman returned home Saturday after a weeks visit in Salt Lake City with their daughter and family, Mr. and Mrs. Ralph Lloyd. While there Diana entered the Cottonwood Hospital for minor surgery, e Guests of Bishop and Mrs. Duane Olsen Friday and Saturday were his parents, Mr. and Mra. ArvU Olsen and sister Ilene from Midvale. Guests of Mr. and Mrs.' John Weight during the weekend were his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Gordon Weight of Provo and her parents Mr. and Mrs. A rron Stoddard of Orem. They came to be present at the blessing and christening of their little grandson at 5th ward sacrament meeting he was given the name Christopher John by his father. Mr. and Mrs. Larry Colton of Orem, visited during the weekend with their son and daughter in law, Mr. and Mrs. Gary Colton, while here they attended sacrament meeting in the 5th ward to be present when their new granddaughter was blessed and given the name (Marylee) by her father. Mr. and Mrs. DeVere Hancock have returned home from a two weeks trip to St. Louis, Missouri where they visited their son and family Mr. and Mrs. Randy Hancock. They also visited many points of interest in Navoo, Merac Caves region and Grand Canyon in Arizona. Saturday guests of Mr. and Mrs. Doug Bradley were her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Frank G. Bradley and grandmother Henrietta Frandsen from Gunnison. Guests during the week of Mr. and Mrs. DeVere Hancock were sisters Mrs. Vangie Morrell of San Jose, Calif., and Colleen Mono, Salt Lake City, brother Mr. and Mrs. Lynn Dean and niece Mrs. Sherrie Knes of Craig, Colo., son Mr. and Mrs. Brad Hancock, Orem, and mother Mrs. Frank Monks. o Mr. and Mrs. Ted McBride and Mr. ' and Mrs. Dennis Mower enjoyed a visit from their parents, Mr. and Mrs. Russell Johnson of Melba, Idaho, during the weekend. Mrs. Ellen Rawlings accompanied by Mrs. Nancy Burton and Rachelle Laris motored to Salt Lake Friday to attend the wedding reception of a nephew Kip Apostol and Sandra Krainik.
