Show G. A. HARRISON PASSES AWAY Well-known Pleasant View Man Dies After Long Illness. George A. Harrison, 4S, well-known well-known painter and ' paperhanger, died Saturday night at his residence in Pleasant View. Death was due to stomach trouble with which he had been afflicted for several months. He was born in Salt Lake Citv, July 24, 1S7G, but had lived in Provo since childhood. He had been engaged here for many years in the contracting business and was one i of the loading painters and paper-hangers paper-hangers of the city. About two years ago he moved from the Provo Fifth ward to Pleasant View where he had since then resided. Mr. Harrison was a member of the local I. O. O. F. lodge. Surviving him are his widow, Mrs. Elbirdie West Harrison ; two sons, George Trevier Harrison and Vivian W. Harrison! one daughter, Virginia Harrison, all of Provo. He is also survived by his aged mother, Mrs. Jeannet Harrison ; two brothers, broth-ers, Ephriam G. Harrison of Provo and Hyrum Harrison of Salt Lake 1 City ; four sisters, Mrs. Ernest Wat-kins, Wat-kins, Mrs. Seth Scott and Miss ) Nettie Harrison of Provo and Mrs. 1 Kirby Cook of Salt Lake City. Funeral services will be held in the Provo Fifth ward chapel Tuesday Tues-day afternoon at 1 o'clock. Interment Inter-ment will be in the Provo city cemetery. |
