Show Mrs, C. E. Merkely Mrs. Darrcll Mullins and children, chil-dren, cf Roosevelt, visited Monday Mon-day with Mr. and Mrs, Forrest Goodrich. December 17th the D. U. P. held a Christmas party at the home of Mrs. J. P. McKee with Captain Eva Trujillo m charge. A program was given, games were played and gifts were ex-. ex-. changed. A committee to cheer the sick was elected, with Ethel Goodrich as leader and Thclma McKec and Esther Mcrkley as helpers. Mr. and Mrs. Newell McKee and Lorin McKee have returned home after spending last week looking over farming ground in Idaho, with a view to buying. Mr. and Mrs. J. L. Kitchen left Dec. 17th for Salt Lake City to attend the marriage of their son, Norman, and Joylccn Curtis, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Marvin Mar-vin Curt's. The marriage took place in the Salt Lake Temple. The young couple will return to Tridcll December 29th for a . dance and shower in their honor. Mr. and Mrs. Melvin Kitchen and daughter, of Logan, arrived to spend the Christmas holidays with their parents, Mr. and Mrs. J. L. Kitchen and Mr. and Mrs. J. R. McKee. Mrs. H. LeRoy Morrell left : Thursday to attend the wedding of her son, Horace, to Miss Anna Olson. The marriage took place in the Logan Temple. Junior Morrell, son of Mr. and Mrs. Ellis Morrell, arrived home on Dec. 14th with his Army discharge. dis-charge. Junior has been in Japan Ja-pan a little over a year. Mr. and Mrs. John Houston and children arrived Saturday to spend the holidays with Mrs. Houston's parents, Mr. and Mrs. Roy Atwood. |
