For The Issuance of Bonds Against The Issuance of Bonds PROPOSITION NO. 3 Shall the City Council of Pleasant Grove, Utah, be authorized to issue General Obligation Munic ipal rpose Bonds of said City in the amount of not to exceed One-Hundred and Ten Thousand Dollars ($110,000) for the purpose of defraying all or a part of the cost of purchasing approximately 1.13 acres of real property presently owned by the Alpine School D.stnct, which real property is commonly known as the old Pleasant Grove Junior High School; the proposed acquis,! on to include the school building and a parcel of real property which, when included with the Pleasant Grove City Park, will comprise a parcel bounded by Second South Street on the south, by First East Street on the east, by First South Street on the north, and by Main Street on the west; the real property and building to be acquired shall be used as a civic center or for any other general municipal purpose ; said bonds shall bear intere4 at a rate or rates not to exceed nine percent (9) per annum and shall be due and payable in not to exceed twenty-five (25) years from the date of said bonds For The Issuance of Bonds Against The Issuance of Bonds PROPOSITION NO. 4 Shall the City Council of Pleasant Grove, Utah, be authorized to issue General Obligation Municipal Purpose Bonds of said City in the amount not to exceed One Hundred and Eighty Thousand Dollars (J180.000) for the purpose of defraying all or a part of the cost of purchasing a parcel of real property consisting of approximately fifteen (IB) acres which adjoin the Pleasant Grove High School property on the south and east, to be used for a municipal recreation park ; said bonds to bear interest at a rate or rates not to exceed nine percent (9) per annum and due and payable in not to exceed twenty-five (25) years from the date of said bonds ? For The Issuance of Bonds Against The Issuance of Bonds PROPOSITION NO. 5 In the event the qualified electors of said City approve Proposition 4 above, shall the City Council of Pleasant Grove, Utah, be authorized to issue General Obligation Municipal Purpose Bonds of said City in the amount of not to exceed Two Hundred Thousand Dollars ($200,000) for the purpose of defraying all or a part of the cost of constructing recreational facilities on the real property described in Proposition 4; said facilities may include, but shall not be limited to, lighted ball diamonds, tennis courts, an archery range, and leisure park sites ; said bonds to bear interest at a rate or rates not to exceed nine percent (9?o) per annum and due and payable in not to exceed twenty-five (25) years from the date of said bonds? For The Issuance of Bonds lZ Against The Issuance of Bonds PROPOSITION NO. 4 Shall the City Council of Pleasant Grove, Utah, be authorized to issue General Obligation Municipal Purpose Bonds of said City in the amount of not to exceed Thirty-Five Thousand Dollars ($35,000) for the purpose of defraying all or a part of the cost of purchasing certain real property and the building thereon, which property is approximately 95 feet by 115 feet and is located directly west of the facility known as the old Pleasant Grove Junior High School gymnasium; said property includes a structure which was formerly used as an LDS Seminary; which real property and existing structure, if acquired, shall be used for general municipal purposes; said bonds to b?ar interest at a rate or rates not to exceed nine percent (9) per annum and due and payable in not to exceed twenty-five (25) years from the date of said bonds?
