Show oo Funeral Services for Mrs. Horace Ensign Impressive funeral services for Mrs. ' Eva Hetzler Enslen. wlfn nf Wnro ; Ensign, were held In the Ninth ward chapel yesterday afternoon at 2 o'clock when the chapel was filled to overflowing over-flowing by relatives and friends who gathered to pay a last tribute of respect re-spect to a faithful Sunday school j worker. Tho deceased had been Identified Iden-tified with Sunday school work as a! member of the Weber Btake board and tho Ninth ward Sunday school for a' number of years. During the service children from the Sunday school rendered songs and others acted as flower carriers. Six young women friends also acted as pallbearers. There was a largo attendance at-tendance and many floral tributes were in evidence. The speakers who paid a high tribute trib-ute to the llfo and character of the deceased were President Alva L. Sco-ville Sco-ville of the Weber stake, Clyde Lindsay, Lind-say, Joan Emmett and Bishop W. O. Ridges. A musical trio was rendered by Frances Oneal, Frances Cragun and Melba Douglas. George and W. H. Manning sang "Resignation," William Wil-liam II. Manning, "Rest in Peace," George Manning, "God's Acre." The Invocation was offered by President L. W. Shurtliff and tho benediction by M. C. Woods of the high council. Burial was in city cemetery. |
