Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS State Engineer's Office, Salt Lake City. Utah, June 11, 1919. Notice is hereby given that The Irrigated Ir-rigated Farms Mortgage Company, of Denver, Colorado, has made application appli-cation in accordance with the requirements require-ments of Section 8, Chapter 67, Session Ses-sion Laws of Utah, 1919, to change the place of use of one-half ( V2 ) second-foot of water diverted from Wild Cane Spring, In Duchesne County. Said spring is situated in the SEU NE 'x of Section 31, Township 4 South, Range 3 West, Uintah Special Meridian, and the water has heretofore hereto-fore been used to Irrigate the SV2 NE Vi of said Section 31. Said applicant ap-plicant now desires to irrigate 27. SS acres of land embraced in the EM s-N s-N E Vi of said Section 31, and Wy2 NW!.', Section 32, adjoining. This application is designated in the State Engineer's office as No. a4 69. All protests against the granting of said application, stating the reasons rea-sons therefor, must be made by affidavit af-fidavit in duplicate, accompanied with a fee of $2.50, and filed in this office within thirty (30) days after the completion of the publication of this notice.
