Notice" is hereby given that Jede-diah Jede-diah Woodard, Jr., of Lakefork Utah, has made application In accordance ac-cordance with the requirements of the Compiled Laws of Utah, 1917, as amended by the Session Laws of Utah, 1919, to appropriate one and one-half ( 1 V ) second-feet of water from an unnamed spring branch in Duchesne County. Said water will be diverted at a point which bears S. 6S degrees 30 minutes E. 1520 ft. from the northwest corner of Section IS, Township 2 South, Range 3 West, Uintah Special Meridian, and conveyed con-veyed by means of a ditch for a distance dis-tance of 12,000 ft. and there used from April 15 to October 15 of each year as a supplementary supply to irrigate 105 acres of land embraced in the S'A NE'4 and NEVj SEVi of Section 20, township ana range aforesaid, afore-said, and during the entire year for domestic purposes.
