Show MR. AND MRS. WAYNE ROBINSON Hay ward, Robinson tell vows On January 4, 1974, Miss Terry Louise Hayward, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Charles H. Hayward of Salt Lake City, became the bride of Mr. Wayne Hatch Robinson, son of Mr. and Mrs. Leon D. Robinson of Parowan. Bishop Steven Adams officiated in the double ring ceremony which took place in the Parowan First Ward Relief Society Room That same evening, the young couple was honored with a reception held in the Parowan Third Ward Cultural Hall. The bride wore an elegant long, empire waist, A line gown with pleats that flared in the back. The sleeves were puffy, complimented com-plimented by two rows of lace. Lace also accented the hemline of the dress. Her veil was long and she carried a bouquet of three Cymbodiums with Pom Pom Mums.. Attending the bride were Mrs. Roger Christensen and Mrs. Paul Droper, the bride's sisters, and Miss Mette Robinson and Miss Wendy Robinson, sisters of the groom. They wore long dresses of alternating colors of emerald green and royal blue, with plaid bodice aprons. They carried long stemmed Pom Pom Mums with " blue and green ribbon trim. Best man was Mr. J. Lowe Barton and. ushers were Mr. Kevin Robinson; Mr. Glenn Robinson, and Mr. Lawrence Hayward. The bride's mother wore a long dress of light blue and the groom's mother wore a long dress of dark green. Both wore Cymbodiums and Mums. The newlyweds were further honored with an open house at the bride's parents' home in Salt Lake City. ( The bride graduated from South High School and attended SUSC for two years where she was active in Lamba Delta Sigma and drama. The bridegroom graduated from SUSC and has served two years with the U.S. Army, including one year in Vietnam. The newly-weds honeymooned in San Francisco for four days then etumed to Cedar where they are Doth employed at Coleman Company. Wayne is planning to retuirn to SUSC this Spring Quarter for further study. |
