Show Ceremony unites Rowley, Thompson The young couple honeymooned for a week at Brian Head and Lake Arrowhead, Calif. The bride is a graduate of Parowan High School and was very active in music and drama in high school. She was chosen Miss Iron County in 1973. The bride attended SUSC where she majored in Social work and child development. She was active in student government and student association leadership. The bridegroom is a graduate of Cedar High School and is a senior at SUSC where he is majoring in accounting. He is president of the business club. Pre-nuptial showers were given by Lyn Udall and Sherlynn White with one in Salt Lake given by Marsha Stubbs, and one in Parowan given by Lola Ann Jones and Elene Evans. Thompson Thomp-son were married Aug. 2 in the LDS Temple in Manti. The double ring ceremony was performed by President Black. Lorraine is the daughter of Mr. ; and Mrs. Robert Rowley of Parowan. Michael is the son of P Mr. and Mrs. Willard Thompson of Cedar City. The bride wore a beautiful floor length dress of white g potisua satin with chiffon. It I featured long sleeves and a high neck with beaded lace trim on them and around the skirt bot- torn. It also featured an empire J waist with a bias skirt. The veil i was bridal illusion with a lace son, Debbie Thompson and Wendy Thompson. The bridesmaids wore long dresses of blue cotton sheer with flocked rosebuds and mock seersucker. They carried bouquets of pink rosebuds, baby carnations, and baby's breath. The best man was a brother of the groom, Kim Thompson. Ushers were Tom Brough, Don Betensen, Robert, Rick, Guy and Russell Rowley and Brad and Ron Thompson. The mothers of the bride and groom wore Jong dresses of blue double knit with long sleeves. They wore gardenias for their flowers. border. The bride's bouquet was made up of Gardenias, ivy and pink roses.
