DIANA STUBBS ISfubbs announce marriage plans of daughter Mr. and Mrs. Bob Stubbs announce the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter Dianna, to Charles David Harris, son of Mr. and Mrs. Richard T. Harris, all of j Parowan. The couple plans a spring wedding, with the date set for April 21. The bride-elect is a member mem-ber of the senior class at Parowan Par-owan High School and has been active in the Rammette Marching Group for the past three years. The prospective bridegroom ; is a graduate of Parowan High ; School where he participated in athletics, being a member ! of the football and wrestling teams and was an all-state pick as a football player. He is now employed by the Color Country Construction Co. in Parowan.
