Show Richard D. Bauer, Gerlinde Heitz Repeat Vows Richard David Bauer, son of Mr. and Mrs. Harry Lowe Bauer, Cedar City, claimed Gerlinde Lieselotte Heitz as his bride on January 9. Bishop Dan B. Crawford officiated of-ficiated at the double-ring ceremony which took place at the Bauer home. The bride is the daughter of Anni and Karl Heitz of Mannheim, Germany. The wedding dress was a floor-length white satin gown circled with a trimming of white roses. The shoulder-length shoulder-length veil was accented with baby pearls. The bride carried car-ried red tea rose flowers with green ribbon. A sister of the bridegroom, Miss Joan Bell Bauer, was maid of honor and wore a pink lace empire waist formal. The other attendants were Mrs. Carolyn Nelson in white lace and Mrs. Mary Orton in a white suit. Mrs. Kathryn Gay Olds was at the guest book. A brother of the bridegroom, Lawrence Edward Bauer, was best man and the ushers were Larry D. Nelson and Roland G. Orton. The bride wore a black chiffon chif-fon dress as the newlyweds left for a honeymoon trip to California. A wedding reception at the Bauer home will honor the young couple on February 10. The new Mrs. Bauer was a typist in Frankfurt and Mannheim, Mann-heim, Germany. The bridegroom attended Cedar City High and has just returned from serving with the armed services in Germany where he met his wife. |
