Show Vernal Girl, Cedar Man United in Marriage A quiet home ceremony which was witnessed by relatives and close friends united Miss Julie Anelia Abplanalp and Robert Owen Allen in marriage. Performing Per-forming the double ring services, December IS, at the home of the bridegroom's parents was Bishop Robert Linford of the Seventh Ward. The bride, a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Harold Abplanalp of of Vernal, Uath, wore a white brocade sheath with complimentary complimen-tary three-quarter length coat and carried a bouquet of long-stem long-stem red roses. Standing with the couple was the bride's sister, Miss Linda Abplanalp Ab-planalp and Steven LeFevre. Parents of the bridcgnxim are Mr. and Mrs. Thello Lambeth, Cedar City. Following a honeymoon trip the newlyweds will make their homo in Cedar City where both will attend College of Southern Utah. ! Preceding the nuptials was a ! family dinner at the Lambeth I home. Decorations for the festivities festi-vities were carried out in white, silver and red. Two candelabra trimmed with white roses and red streamers were framing both sides of the fire place which served serv-ed as a background setting for the wedding ceremony. The white flocked Christmas tree with red accents and the white and silver decorations of the wedding cake were striking aspects of the home. An open house will be held to honor the couple after the Christmas Christ-mas and New Year holidays. Besides the bride's parents and her family from Vernal, relatives of the bridegroom, Mr. and Mrs. Guy Gillispie and Mrs. Thelma Gillispie of St. George were guests from out of town who attended at-tended the wedding and family oinnei. |
