Show Mary lane Mosdell Dies Following Illness, Services Held Mary Jane Mosdell Hamilton McConnell.71, died Sunday at the Valley View Memorial hospital following a short ilness. Funeral services were conducted conduct-ed at the Cedar Fifth Ward Wednesday under the direction of Bp. Ray Baumgartner. Mrs. McConnel was born at Hamilton's Fort on July 3. 1892, a daughter of Charles Mosdell, Sr., &nd Margaret Elizabeth Walker Wal-ker Mosdell. Sh? married James McDonald Hamilton June i5, 1911 in Cedar City. He died May 30, 1935. On July 2, 1945, she married Clifton McConnell in Cedar City. Mrs. McConnell was a member of the LDS Church. She is survived by her hus-band; hus-band; a daughter, Mrs. Bessie Jane Hamilton Somners, Cedar City, and five grand children. Also surviving are brothers and sisters, Charles Mosdell, Jr., Thomas Tho-mas Mosdell, Mrs. Elsie Bess, Mrs. Agnes Judd, all of Cedar City; and stepchildren. Durward McConnell, Minnesota; Billie McConnell, Mc-Connell, Cedar City; Mrs. Ellen Ross, Las Vegas, Nev. Burial was at the Cedar City wmetery under the direction of the Winterrose Southern Utah Mortuary. |
