Show News and Personal. Dr. L. P. Desmond has been appointed appoint-ed medical examiner of the local branch of the Catholic Knights. Dr. Desmond is now comfortably located in the office formerly occupied by Dr. Grimes. Otto Wachtman, editor of the "Y. M. I. Bladder," has departed for his home at Central City, Neb., to -recuperate from a seriou3 attack of illness. He has been ailing for some time. Mrs. Kearns, aunt of Father Bryant, has returned to her home at -Washington, D. C, after an extended visit with the reverend father. She is very favorably favor-ably Impressed with our town and people. peo-ple. We hope the lady will favor us with another visit of longer duration in the near future. N. McConnell -was in the city from the Teny ranch the past week. J. A. Keating of Casper is a Cheyenne Chey-enne visitor. J. McGrath and wife are visitors from Casper. John Harrington left the past week on a business trip to Chicago. Mrs. J. E. Carroll ha sreturned from a visit with her sister at Omaha. Mrs. Plant of Omaha, formerly- Miss McKay of this city, Is a Cheyenne visitor. vis-itor. J. Gillespie and wife visited Denver the past week. J. E.
