The program manager must be energetic, entrepreneurial, creative, well organized and capable of functioning effectively in an independent environment. Preference will be given to applicants who have a background that includes education andor experience in one or more of the following areas: economic development, nonprofit non-profit management, community development, volunteer management, small business recruitmentdevelopment, historic preservation, planning, marketing and architecture. Applicants must have the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with downtown businesses, the board and council members and the general public. Public relation and communication skills are necessary. Applicant should have a knowledge of history of the Panguitch area, must live in Panguitch or be willing to relocate to Panguitch.
