BLODGETT BOUNTIFUL For the 12th consecutive year Lakeview Hospital Hos-pital in Bountiful has been awarded a Certificate of Accreditation by the Joint Commission on Accreditation Accredi-tation of Hospitals. William P. Moore, Lakeview Hospital administrator, said the hospital has received continuous accreditation since the year after it opened in September 1976. "These national standards represent rep-resent a consensus among health care professionals and are periodically updated to reflect changes in health care delivery," said Mr. Moore. It is governed by a 22-member Board of Commissioners from several sev-eral professional medical associations. associa-tions.
