Show TWO DIVISIONS IN SCOUT LEADERSHIP WILL BE GIVEN Plans have been completed . for the Scout Leadership sessions In connection connec-tion with the Dixie College Leadership Leader-ship week. The course is being conducted con-ducted by the Zion National Park Council with Acting Executive Arthur J. Morris in charge. Mr. Morris has engaged the services of Associate Regional Re-gional Executive Oscar A. Kirkham to put over the work. These men will be assisted by local leaders experienced experi-enced in scouting. Two divisions will be given attention. at-tention. One course will be given for inexperienced men who want to get the fundamentals of scout leadership. lead-ership. The second course will be , given to men who have had experi-I experi-I ence. Advanced work will be given j here. Every man who completes the prescribed work will be given a national na-tional certificate according to the grade of work completed. At the close of the course a court of honor will be held and awards will bemad be-mad e. ; All men who take the ccu.-se should register from 1 to 3 p. m., Tuesday, January 8. Popular work begins at 3 o'clock on this date. The schedule calls for two hour perils beginning at 8 a. m. and 3 p. m. on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. A trip to Vcyc is planned for Friday afternoon and a court of honor session will be held Saturday morning at 8 o'clock. Cots will be provided leaders from outside St. George, and quarters will be established in the band room of the gymnasium. These cots have been obtained through the courtesy of the national guard of Cedar City. Wood will be provided by the Dixie College for the cooking of meals on the campus.
