Show Sixty Head Of Deer Seen On Foothills Near Pleasant Grove A number of citizens of this community com-munity have had the priveledge of seeing sixty head of deer and sixteen head of elk on the foothills near Dry canyon just east of Albert Anderson's residence. They have been driven from the higher mountains on account ac-count of deep snow, to the hills where they can browse on the bushes and uncovered food. Some people have been able to get so close to them that they could see broken horns of two buck elk who had been fighting. Several of the scout leaders are cbmtemplating taking their troop to see the deer. Anyone wishing to see them take the road north of A. H. Lowe's residence straight to the foothills. |
