I for nearly a half century died Friday morning In a Salt Lake hospital hospital hospital hos hos- pital following an operation Mr Lang was stricken at his home First avenue only a few tew hours before his death Mr Lang was born in Salt Lake City November 19 1871 a son of Joseph Daniel and Josephine La LaPorte LaPorte Porte Lang L. L D. D S. S converts from I France He was educated in the j public schools of Salt Lake City and attended the University of Utah At the the age age of 15 he started work I with Z C C. M. M I.
