Show ORDINANCE NO. 428 An Ordinance Creating Curfew Rcgulartions Restricting Minors Min-ors on Street at Unreasonable Hours and Providing a penalty penal-ty for the Violation Thereof. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF CITY OF ROOSEVELT, UTAH 1. It shall be unlawful for minor persons under sixteen years of age to be on any of the streets, alleys or public places in the City of Roosevelt, Utah, between 11 o'clock P. M. and four o'clock A. M. except such minor be attended by some suitable suit-able and proper adult person. It shall be unlawful for any parent, par-ent, guardian or other person having the legal care and custody cus-tody of any minor under sixteen years of age to allow or permit any such minor to go or to be in o.r upon any of the streets, alleys or public places in said City within the time hereinbefore prohibited unless such minor be then and there accompanied by suitable and proper adult person. per-son. It shall be the duty of the chief of police or some one authorized by him to ring the alarm bell at the fire station at 11 o'clock each night or cause some other sufficient signal to be given.
