Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS. State Engineer's office, Salt Lake City, Utah, February 23. 1909. Notice is hereby given that Chester E. Coulter, whose postofficc address is Ogden, Utah, hag made application in accordance with the requirements of Chapter 10S, Session Laws of Utah, 1905, as amended by the Session Laws of Utah, 1907, to appropriate two (2) cubic-feet per second of water from si,-.rings in Wober County, Utah. Said springs are situated at a point which bears north 79 degrees 14 minutes east 1.900 feet distant from the southwest corner of Section 31. Township 6 north, Range 1 west, Salt Lake base and meridian. Said water will bo diverted at tho point whoro it issues from said 9pring, collected and , convoyed by means of a channel for a dlstanco of about 3,000 feet and there used from April 1 to November 1, Inclusive, or each year, to irrigate 120 acres o land embraced in Section 33. Township Town-ship 6 north, Range 1 west. Salt Lake baae and meridian. As much water as may be necessary will be used during dur-ing the entire year for domestic purposes. pur-poses.
