Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS. State Engineer's office, Salt Lako City, Utah, February 23, 1909. Notice is hereby given that Charles E. Smith, whoso postoffice address la Ogden, Utah, has made application in accordance with the requirements of of Chapter 10S. Session Laws of Utah, 1905, as amended by the Session Laws ot utan, 1VHM, to appropriate one-ieniu (1-10) of a cubic foot pir second ot I water from a spring In Weber County, Utah. Said spring is fltuated at a point which lies 500 feet north and 320 feet west of the center of Sec tion 22, Township Town-ship 6 north. Range 1 west. Salt Lake bae and meridian. Said water will be diverted at the point where it issues is-sues from said spring and conveyed by means of a pipe line for a distance of 050 feet and there used from January Janu-ary 1 to December 31, inclusive, ot each year, for domestic purposes. This application Is designated in tho State Engineer's office as No. 2106. All protests against the granting of said application, stating the reasons therefor, must bo made by affidavit In duplicate and filed in this office within thirty (30) days after the completion of the publication of this notice.
