Judgment re-n-ntly having been rendered In favor of the defendant In a suit for the re-tovery re-tovery of a certain hcrse. It was claimed In the recent trial that Corey had rented a horse and buggy to a patron who allowed tho animal to run Into a barbed wire fence near the Russell form and thar, bellevelng the Injured beast could not recover, the liveryman had allowed al-lowed It to he given to Russell by veterinarian. Rustoll nursed tho i nnimal back to health and value, whereupon Corey secured a replevin and again secured possession of tho horse. The court returned the animal ani-mal to Rusrioll together with a Judge;-i!;ent Judge;-i!;ent of $5u damages |
