"It was a good feeling to know it was accepted, there was a sense of acknowledgement." , The film chronicles the lives of six main characters distilled from a year's worth of tracking down old cronies and conducting extensive interviews around the country. Klores spent three months during dur-ing the summer of 2001 following leads, talking to old friends who had kept in touch with others, collecting col-lecting stories about what had happened to teammates, most of whom had not seen each other for over 25 years. From the stories he gathered, Klores selected the most compelling. com-pelling. "They were so bittersweet, so tragic."
