Show COLORADO HAS A COURT OF APPEALS Denver, Aug. 7. Governor Shafroth today filed with the secretary of state his appointment to the new court ot appeals which was created by the last legislature. The appointees'- Tully Scott, Cripple Creek, presiding presid-ing judge. A. R. King, Delta. S. D. Walling, Denver. E. W. Hurlbut. Denver. L. W Cunningham, Colorado ! Springs. The court was created to relieve the crowded docket of the state supreme su-preme court and to receive cases assigned as-signed to it by that tribunal. |
