R.. has received a let-tor let-tor notifying her that Col. F. M. Sterrctt. executive director o the national encampment en-campment of tho G. A. R-, will visit Provo next Wednesday, accompanied by Fisher Harris and others from Salt Lako Cltv. Tho object of tho visit Is to moot Provo G. A. R. members and make arrangements ar-rangements for the G. A. R. encampment to he hold in Salt Lake next summer. Tho visitors will be met at the depot on the arrival of tho train and thoy will be taken to tho G. A. R. hall, where a number of prominent citizens will meet them. Luncheon will be served by tho ladies of the Rofif corps. Mrs. Roslna Brown, sister of tho lato Mrs. Lydla Jones, arrived hero Monday from London. England, after a. nineteen days' trip. Mrs. Brown was met In Salt Lako by her brother-in-law, S. S. Jones of this city, and after spending a few days visiting friends here she left for Mllford. whore she will make her home with her niece.
