Show Monthly cooking class, primes would-be chefs . The Rocky Mountain Kitchen Gifts shop on Main Street has scheduled monthly cooking classes for aspiring chefs. Myle Jackson Walsh is organizing the classes, which use recipes that ' require ingredients that are it availablejcesh end in season. Last Mondayy the class .was. taught by . Sundance Resort chef Norm Run-yon, Run-yon, who demonstrated the , preparation of a festive holiday dinner. Following the lesson, the chefs-to-be taste-tested the results. The menu included grilled pheasant with apple-cranberry chutney, a salad dressed with a combination of raspberry vinegar and walnut oil, and side dishes of herbed potatoes and acorn squash with honey butter.
