Rogers' wife, Kristen, was elected ', this month to the Park City Council, which appoints the planning com- missioners. During this fall's election campaign, cam-paign, Kristen Rogers said she didn't consider her husband's position posi-tion to be a conflict of interest, but said he planned to resign if she were elected. Randall Rogers said he wished to spend more time with his family. "My personal schedule and commitments com-mitments exceed my time," he said. He, too, said he does not see a serious conflict, but would stick to his wife's campaign position, "just ! to remove it from being an issue, I don't want to be the cause of embar- rassment." 1 1 The planning commission on Nov. 1 13 passed a resolution proposed by f commissioner Cal Cowher.
