Show Centerfield News Items (By Special Correspondent) Valentine Party. The junior girls of the Centerfield M. I. A. gave a Valentine party at the home of Miss June Jensen Friday , evening. Valentine decorations were profusely used about the living room , and the dinner table was gay with the same kind of decorations. A short program of music was given and later dancing and games were the enjoyable pastime. At ten-thirty luncheon was served, covers being laid for eighteen guests. Shower for Bride. Mrs. Reed Willardson, a February bride,, was the motif for a well appointed ap-pointed "miscellaneaous" shower Wednesday Wed-nesday evening at the Q. Myrup home. Many friends of Mrs. Willardson were bidden to the party and a splendid splen-did time was enjoyed by all. Mrs. Willardson, who was Miss Lola Myrup before her marriage, received many beautiful and useful presents. Barlow-Mynip Nuptials. The marriage of Miss Thelma Barlow, Bar-low, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. A. Barlow, to Ray Myrup, performed by terfield meeting house last week. Valentine Val-entine decorations were used and two booths, conducted by tho two classes, where candy and punch were served, were attractive features. A big crowd enjoyed the hospitality of the hostesses hostess-es of the dance. Mr. and Mrs. Hart Sanders attended the funeral services held at Richfield last Sunday, for Mrs. L. R. Fournier. A big dancing party will be given by the M Men of Centerfield tonight at the meeting house. Copenhagan's Blue orchestra will supply music and a fine time is in store for the patrons. Oswell Beck, who was absent at Salt Lake for ten days, has returned home. While ab the city Mr. Beck underwent the ordeal of having his tosils removed. Chris. A. Peterson was a traveler to Salt Lake Monday. Mr. Peterson is taking special medical treatment, from a specialist at the capitol city. Congratulations are being extenj- Bishop C. A. Peterson at the Barlow home Wednesday of last week, was ! "ne of the week's social events in Centerfield. Following the marriage, a wedding supper was served, immediate imme-diate members of the two families being guests. Mr. and Mrs. Myrup ' who have hosts of warm friends here, ' will make their home at Centerfield. !
