Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS State Engineer's Office, Salt Lake City, Utah, August 17, 1931. Notice is herebv given that F. R. Levi, R. H. Pitchforth and Walter James, whose post office addresses are Milford, Salt Lake City and Blackrock, Utah, respectively, have made application in accordance with the requirements of the Session Laws of Utah, 1919 to 1929 inch to appropriate appro-priate .1 of a c. f. s. of water from Walter James Spring in Beaver County, Coun-ty, Utah. Said water will be diverted at the point of issuance of said spring which bears N. 56 degrees 10' E. 805 ft, from SE cor. Sec 12, T. 27 S., R. 9 W., S. L. B. & M. and conveyed a distance of 3300 ft. where it will be used from January 1st to December Slst incl. of enrh year to water 200 head of cattle and !000 head of sheep. This application is designated in the State Engineer's office as File No. 11118. All protest against the granting of said applications, stating the reasons therefor, must be by affidavit in duplicate, dup-licate, accompanied with a fee of $1.00, and filed in this office within thirty (30) days after the completion of the publication of this notice.
