Show tlew Harmony Mrs. O. Hammond Reporter Tuesday evening a Hallowe'en party was given for the school students by the teachers, Miss Florence Prince and Glenn R. Graff. Wednesday evening the church history teacher, Mrs. Melissa Hammond, entertained her class at a party at her home. A spooky good time is reported to have been had by all. Mrs. John Prince of Price is visiting relatives and friends here this week-end. Friday evening a Democratic rally was held here. Speakers were from St. George and Hurricane. Hurri-cane. Saturday evening a group of people were entertained at an oyster supper at the home of George Prince. - Games and Chinese Chin-ese checkers were played. Mr. and Mrs. J. L. Prince were business visitors in Cedar City on Saturday. Mr. and Mrs. Albert Mathis were business visitors in Hurricane Hurri-cane Wednesday. Tuesday Miss Shirley Neilson of Cedar City was here visiting her parents, Mr. and Mrs. James Neilson. Mr. and Mrs. Glenn Graff and children spent the week-end with relatives in Santa Clara. Miss Florence Prince spent the week-end with her sister, Mrs. Dee Stapley at Beaver. . Mrs. Vialo Pearce and Mrs. Venice Prince had a Hallowe'en party Thursday evening. Riley Adair of Cedar City is here visiting his grandfather, Independence In-dependence Taylor. Mrs. Joseph Adair is visiting relatives in St. George this week. Mrs. Anthon Pace and small daughter went to St. George Wednesday to stay for a short time with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Royal Blake. Mr. and Mrs. Mason Rencher of Grass Valley are visiting relatives rela-tives here this week-end. Mrs. Reese Davis spent a week at Kanarra with her daughter, Mrs. Williams, returning home on Sunday. Sarah Woolsey returned Saturday Satur-day from St. George where she has been for two weeks visiting relatives and friends. |
