For several years, Mr. Franks operated a Western Auto store in Springville. He was a member of the Springville Spring-ville Community Presbyterian Church. Surviving besides his wife, Vernie Franks of Menlo Park! is a son by his first marriage. Funeral services and burial were held Monday at Menlo Park. |
