Ill luck has hit the Devils in two of their three games. They lost to Provo 4-2 in their first game. The Devils came up with five eiTors which didn't help the cause. They got seven hits to Provo's eight. Wardle got two for four at the plate. Payson squeezed past the Devils 4-3 in the bottom of the 7th with two runs on a bad throwing error. Liddiard .came up with 3-3. Tuesday, the Red Devils beat the Orem team 7-2 on 8 hits to Orem's six. Liddiard got 2-3, Fitzgerald, 2-4 and Olsen 2-3.
