Mr. Packard pointed out that the course will be built through cooperation of the National Guard, cooperating cooperat-ing contractors of Springville and also donated labor through the various civic clubs or individuals in-dividuals in the city. Architect Bell pointed out the natural beauty of the course and said that it can be made into one of the very finest and most attractive 9-hole 9-hole courses in the state.
